  • Use Pomodoroll for your own focus and breaks. Don’t abuse it or try to break it.
  • The exercises are gentle stretches, not medical advice. Stop if anything hurts.
  • Premium is paid through Paddle. Cancel any time; it lasts until the end of the period you paid for.

Agreement

These terms are between you and Pomodoroll (pomodoroll.anikit.app), run by an individual developer in Taiwan. By using Pomodoroll you agree to them; if you don’t, please don’t use it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data.

Your account

You don’t need an account to use the timer. If you make one, use your own email address and keep access to it: we sign you in with links sent there. One account is for one person.

Free, trial and Premium

  • A new account gets 14 days of Premium for free; no card needed.
  • Premium is a subscription sold by Paddle, which handles the payment, invoices and taxes. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the payment.
  • You can cancel any time on your profile. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to free.
  • Refunds: write to us within 14 days of a payment and we’ll refund it through Paddle.
  • If prices change, we’ll tell you before your next payment.

Exercises and your health

The exercises are gentle stretches for a desk break, not medical advice.

Do only what feels comfortable, and stop if anything hurts. If you have an injury or a health condition, ask a doctor before doing them.

Fair use

Please don’t use Pomodoroll to break the law, overload or attack it, get into other people’s accounts, or copy it in bulk with scripts. We may limit or close an account that does.

Webhooks and other services

If you add a webhook, we send your timer’s start and end to the address you give; you are responsible for that address and what it does. Spotify, Google and other services you connect have their own terms.

Our content

Pomodoroll’s design, code, exercise videos and texts belong to us; the scenery photos belong to their photographers, credited on screen. You may share links and screenshots, but not copy or resell the app or its content.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Pomodoroll running and your data safe, but it is offered as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can stop using Pomodoroll and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why.

Law and changes

These terms follow the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Disputes go to the Taiwan Taipei District Court first. When the terms change we update the date at the top, and tell you before a change that matters applies. Questions: [email protected].
